By accessing and using Plastic Punks ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our Service.

Plastic Punks provides custom 3D printing services. Users can submit orders for custom prints, upload reference images, and track the status of their orders through our platform.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• > Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• > All activities that occur under your account
• > Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings.

When you submit content (descriptions, images, references) to our Service:

• > You retain ownership of your content
• > You grant us a license to use it for fulfilling your orders
• > You confirm you have the right to share this content
• > You agree not to submit illegal or infringing content

You agree not to use the Service to:

• > Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• > Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• > Submit content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate
• > Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• > Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Order pricing, payment terms, and fulfillment details will be communicated separately for each custom order. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plastic Punks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
